By accessing or using Huka, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be of legal age to use daily-fantasy and betting-adjacent services in your jurisdiction.
2. What Huka is
Huka is a research and lineup-optimization tool for daily fantasy sports. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or daily-fantasy operator. We do not accept wagers, hold or transmit funds, run contests, or settle outcomes. You play on third-party platforms you control.
3. No guarantees
Projections, rankings, picks, and tools are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, profit, or winnings. All fantasy and betting activity carries risk of loss; you are solely responsible for your decisions.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some links to third-party operators are affiliate links, and Huka may earn a commission when you sign up through them at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings. Promotions shown are subject to operator terms and are only displayed where legal.
5. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for using the service lawfully. You may not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform, or use it where prohibited by local law.
6. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Pricing and features may change with notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the site, the tools, or any third-party operator.
8. Changes
